Because there are more than 13 members here at Organization XIII, and not all of them are active and participate, i made a list of the top 13 members of the guild. They will be the guilds official Organization XIII.
The mods of this guild and the owner(me) get a spot autimatically on the list, unless the mod becomes inactive.
