"Wind Release: Tempest!" Zane said and opened his first wind scroll to blow away the poison. "Actually this eye was a transplant, I'm not an Uchiha." Zane said and ignited both his swords and sent them flying towards Kohane. He had hoped to keep his eye a secret until his next fight but it appeared that is wasn't going to work, unless of course Nowe or Kiri failed to notice it. After all they weren't in the operating room with him.

"You took to long" Kohane said with a smirk as the smoke had been nothing but a distraction to let her plan. Appearing behind him as soon as the smoke was blown away by his attack. "Your eyes have a weakness" she said aiming a strike towards his nervous system a condensed chakra scalpel covering her hand meant to sever them if they struck. As this was happening the clone she had made was struck by the two blades Zane sent.

Kikou just blocked the blade with the chain of his weapon and he jumped back one thing he knew he was no good at was taijutsu so he tried to stay back from it but he was running out of chakra he held the ball of the weapon and getting in a pitchers stance threw the iron ball at Nowe he grabbed the end of the chain so he would not lose it the Iron ball had two explosive tags on it

Crap! Zane thought, his swords could retract fast enough but he knew what he could do with them. Zane angled his body with the few seconds he had and was knocked over. However he had used the momentum to pull the blades back to where he had been and Kohane would be attacked by the blades that he had chained around his wrists.

Nowe didn't slow down his step. As Kokou jumped away, Nowe continued running as fast as he could, which was pretty fast when you consider he's half taijutsu. He twisted his body a bit so the ball would pass by him, then he noticed the explosive tags. s**t... Swining his katana down hard on the chain, he forced the ball to go up and away from Nowe, hopefully avoiding the explosion.

Damn I missed kohane thought as Zane was still able to move after her attack. Her mind was slightly unfocused for a moment before snapping back in time to see the blades coming at her at the last moment. Without enough time to move from the attack she put her hands up to stop the blades the chakra flowing from her hands expanding greatly as the chakra scalpels helped to lessen the blow as kohane was knocked away.
Being knocked away kohane hit the ground skidding a few yards before rolling back to her feet the chakra on her hands having faded after the hit. Holding her hands closed tightly trickles of blood flowed from her tightly clenched fists. Her chakra was only able to lessen the blow but she had still been cut rather deeply. Leaning forwards Kohane cursed the eye he had from the data she had he was all but immune to genjutsu's since he could see thru them. Breathing heavily kohane ran chakra thru her hands as she started to heal them just enough to stop the blood.

Zane wasn't going to waste time he pulled back his blades and began spinning them, running chakra through them to keep them going while he formed handsigns. "Fire Style: Dragon's Fang!" Zane said as fireballs started to launch from the spinning blades.

Vanishing from the area infront of him Kohane appeared a few yards to the right as she swung her hand down striking the ground as a large crater appeared forcing some of the rock upwards. Placing her hands in the cracks she gave a large heave as she pulled out a large section of rock and threw it towards Zane with all her might. Using the rock as a hiding area kohane kept behind it completely hidden from his sight. She had one chance likely for this genjutsu to work and she had to be close to use it.

as the explosion blew up it sent the iron ball flying past Nowe makeing the chain wrap around him Kikou pulled on the chain to tighen it and with one hand threw three Senbon's at Nowe

Fine, I'll just use that gravity thing. Nowe thought, trying to activate his unique ability. Nothing happened though. So instead, Nowe fell to the ground to avoid the Senbon. As he was falling to the floor though, he was performing handsigns while dropping his katana. "Dragon Flame Jutsu" He shot a jet of flame that traveled down the chain and straight for Kokou.

Ulrich looked back down at the fights. Some of them were getting pretty intense. He wondered vaguely how he would have done against them had he participated. He would have had a chance against the wind and one of the fire ninja, but lightning isn't so great against earth, and the fire ninja with sharingan... He shrugged. Why should he care? He wasn't involved in the fight, and he didn't care about graduating to chuunin at all.

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata swore, not even bothering to keep it under her breath. She was at a disadvantage here and she knew it. Her moves were almost exclusively wind. Which would only boost the power of Tayu's moves, as was happening now. She quickly let the winds die off before they reached her. "Razor Blade!" She let loose a sharp slice of wind. It caught in the left overs of the flames, but as this wind wasn't heading towards her, Kirinata wasn't worried. She just had to force Kita down. Once the bird was down, then Kirinata could try and close to use taijutsu.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Kikou was surprise as Nowe slipped into the ground he fell back just out of the way of the fire stream he crab walked out quickly of the heat
