Hmm..I'll either start off as a strange resident with no clue as to the unnatural events taking place, or I just don't care too much about them taking place, but I do plane to already be a resident in the building. I have a garden on the roof top.

This is just me but, isnt it about time you showed yourself to me mistress? Or have I not earned your trust yet?
As for the story, sounds good. I'll be the new guy in the apartment who unluckily gets the strange room by the hall.
