Yup! <33 Amending this! <3 .Tortured. .Pumpkin. now gets rights to 1 breeding, and if Lelandi is lifemated/plotted monogamously with one stallion, it must be with said stallion. Otherwise, Luna must approve stallion and plots involved in breeding. I retain sig and image rights. LunaRei_SilverBlood retains all other rights, including approval of my breeding. Shicala Kamiki Co-Ownership Agreement with Shicala for Borealis.  ( Borealis is no longer co-owned by LP) - Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - IC Roleplaying rights will default to Shicala Breeding - Both owners get full, exclusive rights to two of the four standard breedings. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless one is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - If both owners want to enter the same breeding raffle, priority goes to the owner who has IC RP rights - In the case of FIVE (or 6, if Elderhood is achieved) Breedings, the extra breeding control defaults to the owner who has IC RP rights - If Lifemated, the Soquili can only breed with his/her own lifemate unless a Surrogacy is agreed by all owners. Life-Altering / Major Decisions -Shicala cannot transfer their portion of the ownership of any of these Soquili to anyone without permission from Kamiki, but may give up rights TO Kamiki. - Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc) - Kamiki reserves the right to revoke co-ownership at any time Agreed heart TY Breaking this co-ownership

yeomso Kara Asumie Co-ownership between Kara Asumie and Yeomso for Tejina Suki RP rightsBoth have OOC and IC RP rights. Stats can be in Kara Asumie's and Yeomso's teepees. Tejina Suki can be displayed in Yeomso's teepee in any way. Breeding RightsAll breedings will be discussed with both owners. Kara Asumie has full basket rights to first breeding. Yeomso has full basket rights to second breeding. Final breeding will be discussed between both owners. OthersBoth have sig rights. Yeomso has Familiar attachment If Yeomso were to disappear without notice/contact, full ownership will be reverted back to Kara Asumie The above statement does not work in reverse. Breaking this seeing Yeo has been MIA for longer then six months.

Vollyballrocks91 may use this with her discretion for any reason she sees fit. BreedingBecause vollyballrocks91 co-owns Cato's life mate ( Bernadette), in the occurrence of a breeding, vollyballrocks91 will get one basket, I (Roman Foi) will get one basket, and Presca will get one basket in the event of a third foal. Roleplayvollyballrocks91 has equal role play rights as Roman Foi. Decorativevollyballrocks91 may show the pet in her signature, teepee, and otherwise if she so choses, along with Roman Foi. (Re)customsvollyballrocks91 may not recustom Cato within the shop, or have him remade in another shop with Roman Foi's permission.
