I'm going to feel really sorry for Hisashi now. I don't think I'd want to deal with Susumu if his match turns out the way I think it will.

9. 5. 3, 2. 27 to hit. Would have hit Zanzen normally, but not with wound penalties.

He's scoring REALLY WELL. If it was an opponent with Reflexes 3, he would have won. Zanzen's TN is just too high for my dice to hit.

I should've maxed defense out. I'll bring it up to three when I get the chance. Right now, Kojiro has a 19-24 to be hit number unarmed.

The funny thing is, in terms of combat, its interesting to see the different paired rings and how they reflect your character's role in combat.

Air + Earth = Really hard to kill!
Air + Fire = Crippling first strikes!
Air + Water = Deadly counter attacks!
Earth + Fire = Tank!
Earth + Water = Powerhouse!
Fire + Water = Steam! Very deadly blows!
