I can see you're trying to match colors, as your eyes match her hat and your skirt, but you are wearing all starter clothes and the two main items are from a set. Sometimes one can work that, but in this instance you're just a two.

I'd get a darker hair ordament of some sort, and let the Gwee fly free, so we can see your outfit fully. The chicks I think should probably go. They're rather hard to use well. I know I give alot of fives, but I see alot of fives. You're one of them.

I think you're a little busy, maybe drop the leaves? I also hate to say it, but the fire eyes, fire hair, fire wings, and fire skin all together is a little overdone, in various senses of the word. Seven.
