I can see why you want to have a face scarf, but if you're going to use the rebellion face mask, you're going to need more red. Other than that, you look good. Seven.

It seems very thrown together and not thought through, the color balance is off also.
Get the boots in a more complimenting color,(There's some cheap yellow boots that would go nicely) shake off the tattoos and mood bubble, and perhaps change the wings to yellow? It sounds odd that I'm pushing yellow, but I think it would look much nicer possibly. Some bright blues might help out too.
