 If there is one word to describe Endymion, it is passionate. He puts his heart and soul into everything he does. Be it little things or big things, he pours every ounce of his being into the task at hand. Some might say he gets too lost in what he does; however, he simply believes in committing himself fully. Being half-hearted about something is tantamount to ignoring it all together, in his opinion. Nowhere is this more evident than in his efforts to help with his family’s ever-expanding gardens. Whether day or night, he can be found either in a garden, taking notes and examining the wellbeing of the plants, or in his little nook, researching and studying and measuring various effects. Endymion does whatever he can, whenever he can, to help the gardens grow and prosper. Does he go overboard sometimes? More times than not, yes, but this is his calling. To help nature flourish- that is his purpose, and he’s known it since foalhood.

 1. Gardens- Endymion is introduced to his family’s chosen field of expertise. He isn’t sure about things at first but, as he listens and learns, he feels the spark of something new and exciting.
2. Passions- Endymion learns early on that he was passionate about pretty much everything. But he’s especially passionate about plants and gardening. What he didn’t realize, though, was his proclivity towards certain types of plants. Olives and grapes? Who knew?!
3. Tempers- Endymion experiences the downside of being passionate. When someone accidentally damages one of his vines, he doesn’t exactly hold back his feelings about it. He must come to understand what it means to lose control, and he must figure out how to reign in such impulses.
4. Rivalries- Endymion challenges his family to a contest. It’s just a friendly competition to see who can grow the most, the largest, and the tastiest. He has absolutely no other alternate reason…none whatsoever…certainly not to prove a point…nope.
5. Paths- Endymion is out tending his personal garden when he crosses paths with a stranger. How the stranger got there or why they were there is beyond him, but he certainly needs to find out.
6. Lovers- Endymion is awestruck to finally know someone as passionate as him. His feelings quickly blossom into a fiery love that engulfs his very being. It’s even enough to pull him from his plants. But…is that a good thing?
7. Betrayals- Endymion is burned by his passion. The other is not who he thought them to be. They betrayed his trust and love in hopes of stealing from him. What’s worse, his plants suffered for it. He’s not sure if he’ll ever be able to trust so wholly again, nor forgive himself.
8. Redemptions- Endymion encounters the one who nearly broke him. The passing time has done nothing to quell his anger towards them, but it has done something to the other. They’re in trouble and only Endymion can help. Will he be able to overcome his rage and help? He doesn’t feel inclined to, yet his heart isn’t blackened either.
