That's a really interesting effect with the swords and the foxes and the wings and all. It looks good with the kimono, even. But the blue-y hair breaks it up. There's lots of black wigs, and some gold-y ones, and those would really kick your avatar up like five points. Six.
Which would make you an eleven with the right hair? How does that work? I confused myself!
{edit: Ooh, ooh! Or lighter blue-y white hair to match the foxeses!}

Honestly, I'd want to call some of the warm tones down to your feet. A splash more of pink- perhaps the pink fuzzy socks?
still I'd give it 8 out of ten for being a bit of a harlequin

I like my sUGAR with COFFEE and cream.
I like the theme, but it's a bit too crowded and not so original. The mask does nothing.
