I, LOLTERNATIVE, am co-owning the following with Lady_Katsaya   Lady Katsaya has the following+ Full breeding rights - I only ask that lifemating be discussed with me first. Flings don't need my approval. + Signature & teepee display rights + RP rights - however they have basic personalities that I would like to be honoured. Lolly maintains the following:+ Teepee & signature rights Lolly may dissolve this agreement at any time for any reason she sees fit. Katsaya may only dissolve this to give full ownership back to Lolly.

Wasteland Wyvern tefla I, tefla, am offering Wasteland Wyvern, co-ownership of the Soquili Moondust Nightgazer.  We will both have equal rights as it pertains to everything. (RP, Breeding, Sig ... etc) If one of us should be absent from Gaia for 6 months or longer then ownership of Moondust Nightgazer will transfer to the active owner. Wasteland is free to at any time give up her co-ownership of Moondust if she so chooses to do so. Amending this agreement, Moondust Nightgazer will solely be owned by Wasteland Wyvern from this point forward. :: gently scoots her stallion towards Wyvern :: Take care of him.

Co-Ownership Agreement for The HerdThis applies to all ponies under this Spoiler. Owners: -Moomoolattecha- and RadiantRose Midnight Teepee Rights: Both Owners have teepee rights. Breeding Rights: Either one of us can enter pairings in depending on who is able to. We also will both have rights to enter singles in any mixers that may come along or any other type of contest. Both of us have rights to baskets in case there are three from any breeding we may gift to the other owner. Either of us can enter them into Wishing Stars, Crackships or anything else of that nature.As long as everything is talked between both parties. RP Rights: Both of us have rights to Rp The Herd but their personalities must stay the same. Signature Rights: Both of us have rights Life Altering/Major Decisions: Radiant can not break any of the Lifematings between The Herd, Unless it's authorized and initiated by Moo. -Moomoolattecha- has last say on plots.
