"Alright then." She replied, leading him around the various exhibits. She stopped by a jewelry stand, and her eyes lit up when she saw a beautiful pair of earrings with a matching necklace for sale, but as much as she silently wanted it, she said nothing and turned to look at the musicians instead.

cedric ripped a piece of cloth from his shirt and put a few drops of the liquid onto it. Finally he spotted the two, he got closer waiting for his signal.
Shepard forced himself to get into a full sprint, using his body force he threw a pinch directly at Victors temple, hoping the force would be strong enough to knock him unconscious.
Cedric jumped when he saw Shepard make his move, he held the chloroform stained cloth against Hectors mouth and nose, he waited for the medicine to take effect.

Hector noticed something out of the corner of her eye, and her eyes lit up. "Victor, look out!" Hector yelled as Cedric put the cloth over her mouth. Quickly, she drew her sword, hitting Cedric's side with her hilt as she accidentally breathed in a little of the chloroform.

Cedric took the hit but made sure the cloth didn't move, eventually it would have to knock her out. He tried to use his free arm to stop her from hitting him again.

Victor was dazed and stumbled back into a display table. "Agh!!" he grunted and held his face for a moment. That punch left him dazed. He regained consciousness and saw Shepherd. "You!" he shouted, his vision still a little dizzy.

As the table fell over, several civilians began to turn towards the scene. Recognizing Hector, they quickly raised alarm. Hector reached out towards Victor, but her arm slowly fell as her consciousness faded.
"Is that Lord Thunderbird?!" One woman yelled.
"What are you doing?!" One man yelled. "H-how dare you?!"
"You mess with him, you mess with all of us!" Another man said, as they started to crowd around to go after Cedric.

Cedric held the limp Hector in his arm, he noticed that the civilians were getting closer, he reached into his coat and pulled out the gun, he raised it to the sky and fired. Immediateley most of them stood back "that's enough, stay back all of you!" he moved the gun down and placed it on Hectors temple trying to make a point to the civilians
When he saw that Victor wasn't going down, he lunged at him again, he launched a punch at his gut and immediateley followed another hit to his head.

At that, more people began to turn and crowd Cedric, though at a distance since they didn't want their hero to die.
"Y-you coward!" A woman yelled.
"Scum!" A kid yelled.
"If you even think about harming one hair on his head, I'll smash your brains it!" A retired older soldier with tattoos on his arm said at Cedric's left side.

((well since I don't seem to have many options left...))
Shepard looked over at Cedric, the crowd was getting bigger now. He reached into his coat pocket once more and pulled two cylindrical tubes out, he pulled the pins and they started to release a thick white smoke, he tossed them at Cedric's feet.
The crowd started panicking, being left blinded with a mad man holding a gun would set anybody off.
Shepard found Cedric in all the madness and led him away from the crowd.
"so what's the plan now?"
"the usual one"
Shepard walked up to the airship, thankfully it was still open. He took Hector in and Cedric followed close behind. "make sure you tie him up" with that Shepard walked to the helm. After a few moments he managed to start the ship.
Cedric set Hector down against a wall and started looking for some kind of binding. He found a good amount of rope in the storage room that wasn't to thick but would do the job.
He made sure the binding on Hector's arms and legs were tight and secure. Cedric could feel the ship taking off, now it wouldn't be long before they were back in Hannon

((Oops... thought I posted and I didn't. emotion_sweatdrop ))
The people in the capital were in an uproar, as were the military. They tried to track down the kidnappers and check the airships, but there was too much traffic due to the festival. As time passed, people began to despair and go to the castle, demanding the royal armada be deployed.
Hector slowly began to wake up, feeling the floor moving beneath her feet. She tried to sit up, but found herself bound by a thick rope. 'What? ... damn... ugg, my head... What happened?' She thought, trying to move and squirming as she tried to assess her situation.

Cedric turned to Hector who seemed to be coming too, he moved closer to her "about time" he said as he looked over her binding to make sure it was secure.
"we're coming up to our stop, get Hector ready" Shepard yelled out, the ship started descending slowly.

"T-the hell!" Hector said, struggling some more. She swore under her breath as she tried to sit up, but because of the awkward way the ropes were tied, she couldn't hardly move.

By the time Victor regained consciousness, he had been rushed to the nearby hospital where doctors were examaning him for any major head trauma or other serious injuries. "Wha? Where's Hector?" he asked.
"Ssshh. Stay calm. There should be a search party sent out for him" a nurse said.
