*Puts a glove on and then pours alcohol on my glove hand.* Alright, Zelda, I'm going to stick the tips of my fingers in your reopened wound to feel around and make sure there are no pieces of anything left inside you, and that your bowels haven't been penetrated which would lead to horrible infection and death. Normally I could just smell-check the second one, but lately I've become painfully aware that my avi has no nose.

Oh it's very easy, but complicated at times... See the most troubling thing is sometimes I keep myself away, which causes a great deal of distress to some of the needier patients, but enough of that, why don't you tell me if you've eaten anything lately? These types of wounds are always worse if the person has eaten lately.
