__ The Iron Prince raised an eyebrow as the clone turned to paper and created an obstructive wall formation in front of him. He sighed as he lost sight of his puppet. "He must be attacking my dear Artemisia in a way that he wouldn't want me to see." Immediately the magnetic field that invisibly influenced the air itself began playing an iron pipe organ within Artemisia. Within a second a few notes were played before she body flickered out of it and appeared to the right of him.
Suddenly, he saw an explosion in that area before the girl behind him shot a powerful arrow. He turned around to see what she was doing and was worried she may be attacking him so he prepared for a substitution Jutsu or some other method of escape before he saw it land in the center and destroy a large patch of land, creating a crater. "Pfft, how ugly." Raw power never impressed Tetsuhiko. The levitating Satetsu clansman lowered himself to the rooftop once more and turned around to address her. "Very flashy, but what's the point of special effects without a good story? If you're going to destroy, at least make it...BEAUTIFUL!" Tetsuhiko suddenly hugged himself in self-admiration. He knew that he fought beautifully and lived his purpose in that spar.
Tetsuhiko turned his head to make an announcement to his previous opponent. "Hey, origami guy! The curtain is down, I'm finished for now!" This was his decree as he magnetically retrieved all of his iron sand and lost projectiles and reloaded Artemisia completely before dismissing her to her scroll. "I suppose...I should try to use more marionettes in the next battle and use them more strategically. I was only fighting with ten percent of my effort." Tetsuhiko reflected before addressing the origamist once again. "Your little explosion there was so hideous! Why blow up such...art? Just put them in a museum for others to enjoy!" The artist was so frustrated as his scarf unwrapped and took form around his neck again. After that the magnetic field went down and he felt ready to have a little meet and greet with the others. These were strong shinobi that he might want to work with to advance his art.

__ Hikaru watched his creations create a beautiful catastrophe, it was at this moment his paper would all return to his side and directly behind him to give him his sight of the battlefield. It appeared as though the puppet retreated back to its owner, going on about his performance again and hugging his own self. Everyone else seemed to be calming down from the multiple battles. He figured now was the time to truly show them what he was capable of. " If anybody was hurt in that rumble feel free to touch my sheet of paper. " As he spoke, four green sheets of paper would zoom outwards to their intended targets, almost yearning to be grabbed and crumpled. If they were touched by the others they would feel an immense healing chakra course through their body and heal any cuts, bruises, or wounds they would've sustained. It would be quite the turn to immediately heal the ones he not moments ago wanted to fight. But they were all shinobi of the same village, so of course a nice heal here and there would be normal. .
While he waited for a reply, however, he disappeared for a moment to partake in some training.
Before he mastered more of his bloodline, however, Hikaru secured the scroll on his belt and began to move around. He practiced dodging, shifting himself suddenly from left to right. He moved suddenly from left to right in order to successfully dodge. After he was sure that he had the basics down, he moved onto the next task.
Hikaru wanted to double his chances of dodging. He practiced dodging, shifting himself suddenly from left to right. He moved suddenly from left to right in order to successfully dodge. He also practiced dodge rolls like that one boy with the really big key. After he was sure that he had the basics down, he moved onto the next task.
Parrying was an important part of combat. Since Hikaru was not strong enough to overpower an opponent, he had to learn to let the object be deflected. Hikaru practiced with a kunai deflecting kunai launched at him. He then bent his knees and imaged an enemy slamming down with a massive sword upon him. Hikaru allowed the imaginary strike to slide down the path of the kunai to his right side.
Once again Hikaru wanted to practice parrying. Since he was not strong enough to overpower an opponent, he really had to learn to let the object be deflected. Hikaru practiced with a kunai deflecting kunai launched at him. He then bent his knees and imaged an enemy slamming down with a massive sword upon him. Hikaru allowed the imaginary strike to slide down the path of the kunai to his right side.
His final trick was to master the art of throwing. Hikaru practiced for hours throwing his kunai. When it hit the target he would call it back with the wind retrieval technique and practice again. Again and again he practiced his throw, perfecting his aim and his speed as he did so. Once he was confident in the speed which he threw the kunai, he practiced again.
There was no such thing as over practice. The only way to get stronger was to make sure to cover the basics. This is what Hikaru thought as he once again went through the basics of dodging, parrying, and throwing. Once he had them down he was ready to fight. Once he finished practicing, he returned to the others.
A light caught the attention of Masato as he awaited the attention of Taylor. The Celestial arrow would certainly draw attention....especially Masato's. He was enamored by the show of raw power as his body shook with reverberation." Well now, that aint something you see every day." He said as his words seemed to trail off. His attention of the brilliant show of power, not even taking notice that Taylor had come off his perch and was planted directly before him. He finally took note, looking down to Taylor attempting to end the fight. He maintained the Kaimon, staring down at Taylor. After a moment of hesitation he turned his blank stare to a glare, allowing the gate to close. " You're dramatic....I just want to have fun too." He said with a partially sarcastic, partially sinister tone. Without much else to say, having a slight affinity for unsocial practices. He would take several steps, leaping up to meet the girl who had sent the arrow. " I can be done, I guess." he said with pure sarcasm laced in his voice. Despite his desire to not be surrounded by other people. These ones had talent...talent he could challenge later. The boy who spoke of healing papers would send a sheet his direction, touching it. The slight pains he felt in his body vanished and the burns on his hands along with them. ○ [ Rank ][1] Gate of Opening (開門, Kaimon) [5/5]
__ Looking around, it seemed like everyone was pretty much standing down now. Wonderful, because she was so very tired now. "Okay good." She put her bow away on her back then made her way down to the ground. Zhi collected her shuriken and the two arrows she'd fired in the first part of the spar with just her and Taylor. "Can't be losing these..." The girl sighed with relief and looked around to see what the others were doing now. As she stood upright again Horus swooped in and showed his affections. "Aww! Hi birdy!" She hugged the thunderbird in return only to just notice the piece of paper that had come to rest on her after faintly hearing the announcement about what they were for. "Please give it to Taylor instead!" She gently removed the paper and waved it about.
Making his way into the dojo building, a small smile spread across the older mans face. He had easily spent a full year in this place over his time as a shinobi. He loved each board and each pillar. This place was as much as a home to him as any other place was. Taking a look around his smile grew a little bit. While it saddened him that his generation had fallen or faded, the sight of the next generation before him made him smile. Shinobi of quality and skill. Though the more he watched the more he realized that their lack of training and post academy education was starting to show. Like the young man in blue who kept his body under the effects of the gates despite their fight seemingly being over. The younger brunette man who he quickly noticed had been holding something back despite the fighting. The arrogant flamboyant one who complained about art. Then there was the blond kid. That one he interested him the most, he spoke plainly and without fear of reprisal. He spoke as a man of honor regardless of the beating he may very well receive as a result.
For now he simply said nothing, watching them as they went. Sliding his hands into the sleeves of his ninshuu robes he pondered just how strong they would become if he could refine them. The gates guy had clear talent, as did the others. Yet, talent alone meant nothing to him. What mattered was the heart behind the talent.

> Iron resiliency: The user has gone through tough enough training, being roughed up and moved around in armor to understand what it feels like. The user's fortitude is mildly increased. > Iron Disciple: The user, through hours of intense training in multiple bad scenarios, has learned the old saying of “to kill with one punch.” Because they do not want to find themselves outnumbered, or maybe for pure enjoyment sake, the user is able to hit with great intensity when striking a foe, focusing on tension, grounding, stability, and strength at the impact sight. The user's striking strength is mildly increased. > Swift Foot: A well trained individual is usually faster than an untrained individual, and the practitioners of the Iron Fist understand this fact more than anyone. However, those of the Iron fist not only accomplish this boost of speed….they also do it in armor! The user is now unaffected by the additional weight of armor (to a logical limit), and when the user is out of armor, their body and technique speed is greatly increased at the loss of the protection. They are much more adept at bursting into action, going from standing to 100% in single moments. Conversely, the user can now perform these techniques without needing armor. Must relearn every technique at half the learning cost to perform techniques without armor to learn the different distances and timing of the techniques. Overrides restriction. > True Belief: The user has meditated and trained long enough in this monk art to understand how important true belief is. By understanding the power of the spirit over the mind, and the mind over the body, the user has increased their stamina by sheer will power alone, as well as increased their toughness and durability. Increases Stamina by +25 for every style mastered. > Satori [ Enlightenment ]: Meditation and spiritual exploration and understand yields interesting results. Due to the greater understanding of the self, the user is more aware of the connection between their mind, body and spirit, and how to utilize that connection. The user is now slightly more skilled at just about everything. Striking, blocking, moving, absorbing, and taking damage. The user's strength and fortitude is increased heavily. > Offensive Style: Knife Stances: The user becomes more accustomed to upward, downward, and sideways slashing motions. Speed of all Bukijutsu employing small arms is mildly increased. > Offensive Style: Simple Play: With this training, the user is able to more comfortably switch between upward, downward, and sideways slashing motions in a pinch. The user's reflexes are mildly increased. > Trick Style: Knife Toss: The practitioner has developed a greater sense of precision and is now able to throw, juggle, and catch their knives by the hilt with ease. Confers a slight reflex bonus to the practitioner. > Offensive Style: Artless Draw: The practitioner has better developed their ability to pull their blade straight from its resting place to an offensive slash. Slightly increases the speed of strikes made when drawing a small weapon. > Trick Style: Retreating Feet: The practitioner, already acquainted with many techniques in the style, has finally realized that with a little bit of personal training, they are able to increase the precision and speed at which they lift and press their feet. The practitioner's footsteps are rendered silent to all who do not have enhanced hearing, and the footsteps they leave in soft ground are shallow. This not only assists their ability to sneak up on people faster and quieter, but also helps when running from trackers. > Trick Style: Blade’s Edge: The practitioner has developed an even greater sense of precision and is now able to throw, juggle, and catch their knives by the tip with ease. Additionally, some projectiles, such as shuriken or kunai, can be caught by their tip. Confers a slight increase to the user's reflexes. > Offensive Style: Stepless: The practitioner has become so used to performing quick and silent steps that they scarcely realize that they themselves are moving. The user's speed and reflexes are mildly boosted. > Offensive Style: Mistborn Stepping: Silent, swift, and sharp. The practitioner is able to creep about at a decent pace while making close to zero noise. While moving through an area where cover or some obscuring factor is present (buildings, people, fog, etc.), the practitioner gains a moderate bonus to speed and reflex. > Skill: Multitasking: While the first two stages of the style revolve around the very basics of how to use a bow, the third stage incorporates the use multiple arrows into a more stylish way of battling. Mastery allows the user to simultaneously fire multiple arrows with any technique that does not specifically state otherwise, and allows the Arrow Creation technique to create up to three arrows at once with no increase in cost. > Skill: Manipulation: Manipulating the bow itself is simple, but controlling the arrows is very difficult. Many enhancements can be made to arrows to give them different flight paths, but buying those kinds of arrows is expensive and making them is difficult, so a method was developed wherein the user can freely alter how an arrow flies without need for such trifles. During this training, the user practices firing arrows with abnormal hand positions. Reduces the Stamina cost of bow-related Bukijutsu techniques (including Formless Styles) by 10 Stamina, to a minimum of 5 Stamina. > Skill: Adaptability: For the most part, the style thus far has focused on techniques to be used while stationary. However, this leads to many problems when fighting alone in situations that demand frequent movement. During this training exercise, the practitioner is to practice all known techniques while running, jumping, and maneuvering across a battlefield. After mastery, the user can align shots even while running and jumping.

Thank goodness the fight was over. While he didn't like the idea of being called overdramatic, especially since this was the jerk who came into the fight unannounced and kept edging for more, at least Masato finished the spar. It was then that a paper flew through the air as Taylor reached out to grab it. When he did, all of his wounds were miraculously healed. His left hand was good as new, as was his knees and nose. It was the work of a God. 'So much power...' Again, Taylor felt something within him. He turned to the direction of the paper and saw the brown haired boy who had the paper around him. He was.... really pretty. Taylor didn't know why he thought that, but he did. Regardless, Horus was by Zhi, so with a body flicker that's where he went also. Before he did, however, he used his wind retrieval technique to pick up the kunai and windmill shuriken he used in the spar. He stood next to Horus and put all of his ninja tools away, including placing his chain scythe onto his belt. It was then that he heard Zhi offer him her piece of paper. "You're very kind, Zhi. The first piece was enough, however." Taylor said as he looked back at the brown haired boy. Who was he? And why was he so... pretty? All the while the boy didn't notice the last person there. He was way too preoccupied with the four within his current range of sight.
(Wind Retrieval: E-ranked Taylor Body Flicker: D-ranked Taylor)
__ Tetsuhiko jumped from atop the dojo and ran up to the group as they gathered ninja tools, healed, etc. With the majority of them in range of him, he felt awkward and simply needed to introduce himself rather than hover. "Thank you for such a great performance, but that was a mere rehearsal compared to what will be in store for us in the future." He smiled before he made his full introduction. "I'm Tetsuhiko Hanzo, the greatest shinobi artist in Sunagakure! Who are all of you?" Now he was truly curious as to who they were, judging by their forehead protectors they were clearly allies of his. He also managed to see, briefly, what some of their abilities were. Although it was obvious to them that none of them had powers as breathtakingly prepossessing as his own, he would still humor them. "Perhaps we will all go on some, dare I say, missions." He pondered the possibilities to use his art for the good of his village as he awaited a response, although his head was, ever so slightly, in the clouds.
__ Hikaru appeared to the right of Zhi, who had the puppeteer in front of him, along with that blond boy with the bird by his side, and the tall man in the turquoise top somewhat behind the two kids. Not that he was in any position to judge anyone as a child, however. He felt his chakra pour into the boy earlier, so he knew that his gifts were not unacknowledged. When Tetsuhiko finally introduced himself, Hikaru thought it was only right to reveal himself next. "Hikaru Koi is my name. Origami is the game." He said with a wink to everyone, but mostly aimed at Tetsuhiko. He appreciated the banter the two shared during their spar, as well as their mutual appreciation for the fine arts. As he winked he felt as though he sensed another presence in the area. Since he did not see anyone immediately, however, he rolled it off as paranoia. .
Realizing he had still left his Kaimon open, he allowed it to deactivate with a significantly reduced amount of stress due to the paper healing technique. Now, he stood before the group as a potential ally. From their rooftop position, he took note of a rather ominous ghostly figure walk into the dojo beneath them. Masato wasn't a sensory type, he could barely comprehend sensory in general, but there was a feeling in the pit of his stomach as this man entered the dojo. ' I shouldn't fight him....yet...' he thought as he was unable to size up the challenge. His desire to fight the strongest had never had him question if he should stop or not, until now. As Taylor seemed to gawk over one of the group, Masato would hear a melodic voice of the man who wore some fancy garb of purple colors with a scarf. The man kept referring to everything in terms of song and dance, which Masato wasn't quite familiar with. Still he seemed ready to introduce himself, yet another uncomfortably for him. Then the one called Hikaru spoke, more artsy stuff. He swallowed his discomfort and spoke. "Name's Masato. I'll go where ever the fight goes."
__ Zhi stopped hugging all over Horus when introductions started fluttering about. How did she miss that cue? How did she fall behind to the point of being the LAST to say anything!? Most importantly, what would she do to make up for it? Taking in a deep breath as she stepped forward, Zhi exhaled briefly before exclaiming, "Zhi Zenshin! Buteveryonecallsme Zippy. Iliketodoeverything fast! ThefasterthebetterbecausethenIhavetimetodomorestuff everyday! ThemoreIdo, themoreI accomplish! ThemoreIaccomplishthebetterI get! Doesn't that make sense to everyone? There's just not enough time in the day, y'know?" She tried to hide her soft gasps for more air after saying so much so fast in such a short amount of time. Her eyes trailed over toward the dojo building besides being able to feel eyes on her and the others, she could sense a really potent amount of unapplied power. It had to be someone really strong if they were just like that naturally. 'Will I be that strong someday?' She supposed that her mother and father were pretty well endowed with their own abilities so it wouldn't be too farfetched to catch up eventually. Zhi cheerfully waved over at the stranger, wondering if they were going to come over or not.
That there, in the sky! Is it an extraordinary new bird!? A sky device that doesn't exist yet!? Upon its descent towards the entrance of the dojo, it was revealed to be something much less interesting. A pure white, large owl with empty black eyes and a mostly static expression that seemed to be carrying a resting boy. The owl slowed its descent further upon reaching the ground, as to not explode and damage whatever nearby. Its talons pressed to the ground before it began waddling towards the dojo entrance. "Fighting is nice, but participating in every one and getting exhausted is gonna be the death of you. Should be done in moderation...like speaking. You're gonna cough up a lung or trip your words if you keep that up, Zippy." The boy on the back of the owl spoke up like the old soul he was, loud enough to be heard by those on the roof, turning his head from the makeshift pillow of his arms to direct his voice their way.
His words were directed of course to Zhi and Masato, however he never really interacted with either of them when in the academy. He stuck to his small circle back then and didn't care to leave it, but he didn't mind butting in occasionally to give his "old man logic" as his friends called it. He didn't bother raising his head to look at the group or anyone else for that matter, though his eyes did cross a white-robed man during his owls slow waddle into the dojo. "I'm Fukuwa Tokugawa, anyone who wants to train with the future Lord of Kaiser can feel free." He called out once more, probably ruining his "old man wisdom" with such absolutely dorky words. It was like naming a character the "Reaper of Dark Shadows" in a video game while still a level one fighter clearing slimes for XP. Still, it was his...declaration and he stuck by it. An undisputed monster of strength was what he desired to be, so it was only up to time to see if he accomplished that or failed.
Of course, the singed seasonal haori from his earlier training was probably indication that the "Lord of Kaiser" had his fair share of trouble just a bit earlier.
Taylor chuckled as Zhi spoke like a racehorse running. He almost responded and noticed her waving when an unusual teenager on the back of an owl approached. Horus leered at the artificial bird, knowing it to be a fake. Taylor had no such knowledge, however, which caused him to give an odd glance at his feathered friend. 'Why in the world is he acting up now?' He thought before the teenage boy spoke and drew his attention. When he critiqued Zhi's manner of speaking, Taylor narrowed his brow slightly. "I don't know about coughing up a lung, but Zhi seems just fine to me." He said as he turned his attention to the girl. She was strange for sure, but so far she was the nicest person he met thus far on his journey. Plus Horus liked her, so he felt like she was a friend. Taylor's face became puzzled as Fukuwa introduced himself, as well as his future title. "My name is Taylor Childe. What exactly is a Kaiser?" He asked honestly. He never heard the word before, and it felt odd as it left his tongue. With the strangeness of this new person, his brain wasn't really thinking about Tetsuhiko, Masato, or Hikaru. He also didn't realize that he only introduced himself for this new person, as well as that he missed Zhi waving off at some unknown person.
__ Tetsuhiko listened to the various introductions and repeated them in his head after each one to aid his memory. "Hikaru, brown hair, paper. Masato, muscles, mean, where the fight goes. Zhi...Zippy." Suddenly a large shadow came over him and his head shot up as a white owl flew over the group and landed next to them. His eyes widened as he drank in the sight of it. There was a lad sitting on top of it who began speaking. Immediately, Tetsuhiko was fascinated and ceased listening to everyone around him.
Tetsuhiko, the kinetic learner, walked up to the pale owl and gently placed his right hand on it without permission. He began feeling it and recognized the consistency. "Is this...clay? How exquisite! How do you make such large scale works of art as this?" In this moment he had the curious eyes of a young child as he examined the owl. "Please tell me this doesn't explode. Explosive art is so...derivitive." Tetsuhiko said as his eyes darted towards Hikaru disdainfully before looking back at Fukuwa to gauge his response.
As he waited patiently he began concentrating chakra into his fingers as if to conjure chakra threads but did not in reality. As a puppeteer, finger exercises were second nature to him as he continued to flex his digits and refine his chakra control. He was not sure what he was doing, but he felt as if a power became realized within him. "Did I just improve my chakra puppet strings?" The puppet master contemplated and would not find out the truth until perhaps another spar. LEARNED: Indigo Secret Technique: Master's Threads (Custom) COMPLETED: Begin your own Design (x1)
And so he had their names. While none of the names were particularly memorable neither so were any of them forgettable. To him, that was a good sign, though fate may differ. Stepping forward he pushed his hood down and brushed his hair back out of the hood,"Gennin. If you will, gather round." Assuming they followed orders he would continue,"My name is Nariomi Kaguya, Jounin of Sunagakure and Sage of the first path. I would like to take this moment to welcome you to the family. I know milady can be..distant, at times but she is a good woman. Should any of you seek training, education, a friendly talk, or perhaps a mission on behalf of the village. Feel free to seek me out." The man, while polite and soft spoken carried himself with a weight that spoke volumes about his nature as a warrior.

__ Hikaru had never been around so many people before. Sure he acted like a big tough guy but he had been kind of an introvert. Always moving at a quicker pace than those around him, never had time for friends and if he did manage to get some, he never stuck around long enough to pursue anything. Albeit this is only over the last few years, so he decided to just be the listener this time. Taking in all the people around him and memorizing their names and faces. It was nice to finally have the opportunity to speak. . .
