Plenty of anime/mangas have made me cry.
Fruits Basket, FMA and Naruto are just the tip of the iceberg...I normally only cry when characters die (Hughes) or at their funerals (The Third), tho.

No anime has, yet. Though, I will admit, I was totally crying once I finished reading Absolute Boyfriend. OTL

Yes, almost every anime I've watched made me cry. It really doesn't matter do someone die or is it just happy ending. I just cry. A lot.
