An Egyptian type...skirtish thing (no other way to phrase it, see refs) white with possibly blue accents depending on how you want to do it. *Pretty lenient with how it needs to be adapted for a soq* I'm thinking that it probably wouldn't go down the haunches but just be more of a...dare I say...loincloth looking thing in the front of the hind legs.
A black necklace with a gold ankh around his neck (I do realize there is another Egyptian soq (and her spawn) with an ankh. Its used as a marking and I think that Ramses is different enough that he shouldn't cause any problems.)
I'm pretty open to suggestions. If you think something would look nicer as one of the other colors mentioned (especially if it means adding dark blue because I failed at finding where to put it) then feel free to do so, especially with jewelry or any extra markings
