I watched the anime (so short, only like 13 episodes, I think?) and I was sort of confused at the last episode...I mean, Iknew that was Seimei in the end, but I was still so confused at the rest...

I have the hole anime it's fellows the book better than some other animes though the ending was quiet weird.
