Temper (one word for horse's personality): shadenfrued

Description (eye color/hair color/hair style etc):
pelt: dark gray with small light pale blue markings. The markings appear to glow faintly. The bottoms of his feet are white, fading into blue, with fadey stripes. I'd like his legs to have extra fluff on them, like is seen on some of the angeni soquili.
mane and tail: For his mane, i want it to be windblown (like the wind is coming from the rear), a little dense, but not too much so. the ends trail off into smokey wisps and small clouds. For the tail, i would like it to be the same style as mane, but windblown as though it comes under him/between his legs and around his feet. **see ref for both mane and tail**
hooves: pure white
jewelry: I'd like the dream catcher removed. On his left front leg, i want him to have a small bandaged area, caught up in the bandages a little is a black string looped around his leg with a 4-leaf clover charm on it.
