This is a work in progress, and I'm having a bit of trouble. I need some help on the color scheme, so if you have any ideas of what would look good, please tell me. Also, any critique/advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would go with either dark brown hair, or blond... but thats just what I like wink .
As for the rest maybe shades of blue. She looks kinda sad to me with those big eyes, and mouth so blue's would really set the tone. If that is the tone you are looking for that is... Also I always liked gold for buttons/trim on angels again may just be me.

Oh it is adorable!! The only thing that I think could be improved is the shadow on her neck, I think you could make it a bit smaller. Other than that, I think that the color scheme you have in mind sounds excellent, great job!

I agree. Definatley a warm color for the hair and a cooler color for the eyes and clothes. It's a really amazing picture. I'm jealous because my lineart can never look that neat. X3

Well, I think that the curls look a bit unnatural, and air wouldn't normally curl like that. And erase the pencil marks, they make the drawing look unprofessional and not neat.
The shade on the neck looks a little bit too big too. Besides that, all I can say is add a bit more detail.
For the color scheme, I would suggest light pastel colors, and maybe a brownish for the hair.

You said critique, so here's some drawing critique for the future.
Perhaps you should have a more defining shape to her face so her eyes don't make it look so 'melted'. I mean, it doesn't look melted, but um... sweatdrop ... I don't know how to explain it. Just yeah...
Oh and the first color combination to be suggested is a good one. So I think you should keep that. 3nodding

heart I would give you full marks for this if you give it colouring:
Hair- blonde
Dress/Clothes- Pink.
- White with blue shades.
