So not too long ago, I made a thread in there about SSH (and a video game remix group who had done many Final Fantasy songs in the same vein as The Black Mages, action metal) and included several links to their homepage and songs, along with opening discussion about TBM, SSH, and really about Final Fantasy music in general. Well it was popular for a short while, a lot of people seemed to really like it, but about 24 hours later, I get a message from Gaia saying that the topic had been moved to the Soundtracks & Musicals forum because "The discussion was not about Final Fantasy gameplay" Obviously, that was the end of its lifespan.
Now here's my problem. How come an actively discussed thread about Final Fantasy music and remixes gets the boot for not having gameplay discussion, but freaking "THE FINAL FANTASY VENDING MACHINE", "Which FF Character Are You?", and "Make a Wish and Have it Corrupted" get to stay?!?! DX Those threads are little more than basic bump-for-gold word games that just happen to have Final Fantasy as a theme. Absolutely NO discussion about gameplay takes place, let alone any real discussion at all, but they don't get moved?! What kind of stupid double-standard is this?! Are the mods of the main FF forum stupid, corrupted, or just blind? "DOY, LET'S MOVE THREADS WITH A PURPOSE AND SOMETHING TO DISCUSS AND TELL THE GUY IT DOESN'T PERTAIN TO GAMEPLAY ENOUGH, AND LET POINTLESS WORD-GAME/BUMPING/PLAY THREADS STAY!" It's insane. If my thread belongs in the Sountracks & Musicals forum, then those ones sure as freakin' hell belong in the Word Games or Chatterbox forum.

Sheesh. It sounds like it could also fit in Soundtracks & Musicals, but I think it should have stayed. Seriously, if they want to get that nitpicky about where threads are placed, mods are never going to sleep.
It's not that big a deal, though.

I'm sorry that that happened but I believe that's why you should stick to guilds like this. What they do may not make any sense but categorizing things like that can be agonizing for mods I'm sure. Well either way, perhaps you should post it here and see how it goes 3nodding
And for all intensive purposes, I believe the thread did belong in the section that you put it in.
