Hey hey ^.^
We have an RP going between Sakura and Sitareh at the moment already (no rush in tagging that, if you're still interested in it x3), but I was also looking at a couple of other plots of yours that seemed interesting/like they may fit.
So, firstly, I'd like to offer up Sakura again for a plot with Mephistopheles to do with his wish bottle. She's going to be going on a long and arduous search to find her father, who vanished when she was younger with a promise that he would one day return. She is convinced that he is out there, alive, just unable to get to her for some reason or other. Her wish: to find him swiftly; alive and safe. The reality: a long twisted journey that results in her finding not her father, but a skinwalker who had actually murdered Sakura's father. Said skinwalker will then attack Sakura, although she will manage to escape the encounter with her life. The skinwalker bit is already plotted out with all people involved, but I though if you're up for it, this would be a fun (well, "fun" in the sense it'd be awesome to RP out) wish-gone-horribly-wrong plot that can tie into it xD.
I also thought that after finding out about her father's murder, regardless of whether you accept the above plot or not, Sakura could run into Marla. She would be pretty torn up, and would ask Marla for advice on what to do. Maybe Marla could either fake making contact with her father, or have a go at really trying to talk to him if that's Marla's inclination xP Dead daddy issues a-plenty here. What his actual "message" may be is totally up to Marla ^.^
Finally, for Devi, I can offer Edan. He's an easy-going charmer himself, who's a bit of a wanderer. Though fairly new to the lands still, he could give her his most basic tour in exchange for a bit of conversation/perhaps flirting on his side. He has a thing for full-size mares, so there could be plenty of one-sided attraction xD

Agh, I am so sorry. ;; For some reason I thought I was waiting on a reply, but I'll get to that in the very near future. I'm still interested!
As for your other suggestions: so long as it goes as horribly wrong as you've indicated, I think that might work out? Meph is, well, not the pleasant sort, and he'll be fairly cruel to Sakura. He's recently lost his outside contact with the world, and he needs another lackey, so he's a little sharper than normal with those he perceives as "useless." He doesn't usually make a habit of offering the potion, either, but Sakura could have potentially heard of a wish-granting creature and ventured in to seek him out. He likes nothing better than unsuspecting prey.
Marla's always tricky with the death and dying business. Sometimes she can be sympathetic, and other times she's very hard to pin down emotionally, so I'm glad you're acknowledging that. xD If Sakura's fresh off her father's murder, though, I think she miiiight be willing to honestly give it a shot. I hesitate to give you any concrete assurance, since it'll largely depend on how it goes down in play, but I wouldn't be averse to finding out.
Oh god, Edan sounds adorable. xD <3 I think Devi would be delighted with a little traveling companion, particularly one who wanted to get a leg up, so to speak. Ahem. But yes!
If you'd like, I could start one of the new RPs, and you could go ahead and start the other? Unless you'd prefer to take on one at a time, in which case that's fine by me. I'm up to doing either, so it's totally up to you on that front. In the meantime, I'll go ahead and see if I can't get in a reply to the Sita/Sakura one. Again, I apologize for that. I'm not sure how it got away from me.
