~ Xena's WIN Sammiches! ~

Ingredients:

- Pepperoni slices
- Fresh baby spinach leaves
- Real mayonnaise (none of that heath crap)
- Deli slices of Colby and Monterrey Jack cheese
- any type of bread (for max flavor, use a white bread)

Layer ingredients on the bread generously. Hot-pressing is optional!

To hot-press (aka grill): simply heat up a cast iron skillet, place sammich inside and squish down until toasty, flip and repeat!

My Favorite way to make my sandwiches are really good =w=
I put Mayo on both pieces of bread
and squirt some mustard on one
and a little on the other
Then i get some lunch meat
(Oscar Mayer's Mesquite Lunch Meat)
My mom says use 4 slices
I use like 8 (they are like thin)
pop them together and you get the best sanwich EVER
=w= yeah i know...

I have yet to go wrong with a club as long as it's a TYPICAL club.
I ordered a club at one restaurant and it had sliced parmesan cheese on it, that was the nastiest one sandwich I've ever had the displeasure of eating.

ANYWAY! my club.

white bread or a short italian loaf (brat buns)
turkey, ham, provolone or baby swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, bacon, mayo.

it's simple but so wonderful, I mean TWO types of pig!
