It might be hard to decipher what exactly "unbirths" are, considering the way the past names and title have been treated.
Nobodies are what's left of the body and soul, after the heart is taken. So technically speaking they don't have hearts. Heartless are made up of the darkness of a heart after it's been taking by the darkness. So technically the heartless have no bodies.
Going by what we already now about how SquareEnix has been using the names of the enemies in KH, will it be the same way for the "unbirths" ?
