Dress+Leg help wanted

Shocking...

This is gift art for someone. It's supposed to be her lifting the front of her dress up to show off her stockings, but it looks wrong. Like it looks like she's lifting the whole dress and not the front and the part in the back looks like the whole dress and not just the back.

I drew this for an art trade. The leg looks wrong to me, but I don't know how to right that either.

I don't know how to make it look right, though. Help, please? Redlines and CC are welcomed.

I am not good with clothes but once i get home tomorrow i draw up an outline ok. (if i get home)
