My character Isaac and my friend's character Molly. The pic isn't necessarily recent but no one actually gives critique on deviantart so I wanna know how I could improve it (I can't now but if I could..)

 Shocking...That looks good! I like how you draw hands. The only part that looks off is the girl's foot in the back. I can't see the entirety of the feet, but it looks smaller than the other foot and the shoes look painted on. More shading would help with that. ...isn't it?

The first thing that I noticed was that she looks like she's about half his size right now, like her head would barely even come to his mid-chest, if that. I don't know the story, so I don't know the age/stature differences, and I'm sure some of it is intentional, I'm just not sure if it's to that extent that you intended it.
Her right arm is WAY longer than her left, the angle that her torso is at makes the angle of her arm rather uncomfortable, and the length highly improbable. Her hand might be resting on the back of his neck, but not her elbow. Inversely, her left arm is a bit too short, especially the forearm.
I do love how you colour though, and your general anatomy is quite good, overall I really like the look and feel of the picture. =)
(And I'm sorry if I've come off a bit harsh, I should be sleeping instead of on here!)

It's good I should say, try workout on your proportions and anatomy, especially for the girl
