The game item bug was quite a while ago, you would have had to have had a disabled trading pass for quite a while now (months at least)
It was when there was a glitch that multiplied game items (specifically bugs, trash and inks) People sold the glitched items (many more than they actually had) and quite a few people got banned becuase of it. Some people are still being investigated and have not gotten their trading pass back.

You also might want to go the actual Q&A, and asking.. They may have said something about this glitch in a sticky or something over there, but I dont go over there often enough to no for sure..

Patience. Or consider making a mule, and sending your gold and items you want to sell to it. Then buy using that account, and send it back to your main. Sure, it's gonna take awhile to do, but it's a guaranteed.

And there is a sticky in it, about this. It says the glitch that caused this to happen to people was fixed, however lots of people still have it. They have quite a few people in there talking about it still, here.

I can't. my trading pass was disabled, wich means I wouldn't be able to trade with a mule account. :/
