Aw, I love the crisp, clean coloring on here. The use of colored lineart works well with this style. The color choices for her skin is great, and the background is so cute!
The first thing that I noticed was that one of her arms is longer than the other. It also doesn't make much sense to hold a schoolbag like that at such a direct angle. When you try figuring out a pose, try acting out the pose you drew yourself. If it feels awkward or doesn't feel "natural," fix it. In this case, the most natural way to hold a bag like that is to keep it parallel with the body, with its side showing rather than its front or back.
Her legs, too, also have one leg longer than the other, but it's a bit more subtle than the arms. I suggest spacing out the distance between the feet a little more, and try imaging her on a flatter ground. Then, make the cloud she's standing on cover more space on the bottom.

Ahh I see I see. XD Now that you mention it, people don't hold their schoolbags that way eh? 8D;;; and one arm is a little longer than the other, d'oh .o.;;
And the legs.. Hmm, I don't see it from my eyes but I guess it's strange to yours, so I will try and look closer into it so I can make the legs... not so stoopid looking XDD LOL

nothing seems rong to me
if anything just make ur legs alittle bigger

Awesome style!
Its cute while obviously taking a lot of effort (to anyone who draws, anyway).
I'd like to add on the leg criticism.
The character and uniform are fine, though yes one leg is slightly longer due to angle (her left/our right leg).
What I mean to comment on is the legs themselves. The drawing is chibi-ish but not quite the same, yet you can't really tell there are feet at all. I understand the style is very uncomplicated in terms of shapes, and I'm not telling you to ruin the picture by giving her wedge feet.
I just think maybe a color difference (not necessarily a big one) or ornament to distinguish the feet would help.
