I don't know how tor really critique chibis because everyone has their own style of drawing them, and thats how you make them special and unique. I like it, even if one part of the head is bigger then the other XD.

Like people already said , the head.
And I think the neck is a little bit too long as well and her shoulders a bit too wide to be feminine.
BTW , her one shoulder's also lower then the other too.
But good job ! n.n

it took me awhile to get it right...i wanted to make sure it looked good after my epic fail on my other drawing with it...[not showing the pic...it looked that bad lol]
and SweetCoffee,
i have a thing with sorta long necks with my drawings recently....lol [my giraffe ppls XD]
and i just noticed the sholder thing O.O didnt even c that...damn sholders lol and i made them a bit wide to get the proportions right but i guess i went a bit to far....o well :]
