So, from person experience of running a guild, a few suggestions:
-Make a Sticky for Rules.
-Make a Sticky for Introductions
-Have a Fanart thread OR Subforum
-Have a Fanfiction Thread OR Subforum. (If you need any funding, just ask. <3)
- Have a Discuss the Romance Thread
-Maybe an RP Subforum.
- A Sticky/Thread to talk about the Infernal Instruments

Sure. You should have a tab called "Guild members" You can "promote" members to be either vice captian or crew

"Moderator Panel" If you go to "Edit Guild Forums" you can purchase Guild Subforums. (They are 2500 G each. If you need any help with that, I can donate some Gold.)

Start your own topic where ever you thing it belongs, but if you think it deserves its own subforum, tell me or one of the vice captains.
