Wow, pretty nice overall coloring! She has such a fierce looking attitude to her, and I absolutely love the expression on her face.
My big concern with this drawing is her hair. I'm not exactly too sure of what the hair is supposed to be doing, jutting out of her head like so. If you want to show that her hair is supposed to be styled that way, I think you need to add more texture to her hair. For gravity defying hair like that, make sure to layer the hair a little. Look up images of J-Pop stars (especially the guys) and see how their hair layers. The highlights in those two sections of her hair are also a little nonsensical; once again, layered hair would help give a more logical placement of the highlights.
You have such nice overall shading for the rest of her body, but not her skirt! Remember, no matter how undetailed a piece of clothing, object, etc. is, it still has form.
Her breasts are huge, but I think it would help if you put some shading in her actual chest part. Think of it this way, the breasts will be collecting all the light, but her chest/ribs area will be back there, in the shadows.
Overall, I'm really impressed by the quality of this drawing. The stuff I mentioned are all just suggestions really rather than hardcore critique. Beautiful work!

It looks good, but I'm not too sure where the light is supposed to be coming from.

Shocking...I didn't notice it until Apple Pie mentioned it, but the lighting is kind of strange. I thought the lighting was from the front, but the hair looks like it has lighting from the top, and the corset, breasts, and tights look like they're lit from the front, and the skirt only seems to have lighting at the right.
I really like the coloring, overall, though. It feels nice, tight, clean, and looks pretty professional.
The anatomy looks decent too. The hair is all that looks off to me. As for good j-pop references, I'll have to go with Malice Mizer. ...isn't it?

Keep it to one side like as if the sun was shining from the east, then have it on the right or left only. That's all I can say because I don't have a coloring program yet. Adobe Flash though soon. Then I'll start doing really good artz!
Do you have a shop? I wouldn't mind paying you to do some avi art for me...

It's fine. You've got a good, solid colouring technique there. And the anatomy seems alright. Her hair is wicked.
And about the outfit, unless your going for a shiny look, you shouldn't put in so many highlights.
