When it comes to clothes, and their wrinkles, and shading.. I just don't get it :c

The mediart is basically all white coats, so it's just picking where wrinkles and things occur.

Any advice/tips?

Armpits, stomach, elbow, groin, knees, above the feet.

Wrinkles are there.
