It made me laugh because all i could think about was that this was tamaki in lyric form XD
it made me rethink the song im putting on an Ouran iPod vid on youtube
I was going to use Sexy Questions by Songs to Wear Pants To
but imma change it :]

The japanese version is much better but its okay 3nodding But the Sakura Kiss dub version..... they totally slaughtered the song when they dubbed it gonk

100% agree with the Sakura Kiss dub version. I hate that version but Vic's take on Guilty Beauty Love wasn't as bad as most people thought it would be. He did keep the words for what he had, its not like he went and changed the whole meaning of the song.

It'd be interesting to hear the rest of the cast do they're character songs. I know Greg Ayers (Kaoru Hitachiin) sings but i'm not sure about Todd...and I bet Luci Christian (Huni-senpai) could pull it off...somewhat...Travis i'd just end up laughing the whole time even though the songs supposed to be serious...but it is funny to think about!

I enjoyed this take on the song. I really don't mind the lyrics change because it really isn't very realistic to think that the character song can be translated directly and still hold its underlying meaning. I give a good 8 out of 10, for the new actually understandable English version of the song.

Well, you know what...

I like it alot, because I like to understand what the hell Im listening to. It's ony natural he wanted to translate the songs. Most likely his promt was for the fans (and for himself. He does love his Host club he does)

But you guys aren't being good fans. Wah, so he changed some the lyrics. Big whoop. Yeah, the Japanese lryics were good? But remember they also half the time do not make a lick of sense once translated.

This is because the Japanese are fond of puns in their songs, so we get a goofed up translated version, thus rewording if needed. Because one word might mean another and such.

Translation isn't a bad thing children. Most of the stories in your school textbooks have been trasnlated to English I'd reckon.

tl;dr, I like it cause it's English and not freaky-deaky Japanese.
