Oh yeah. Tegakie.com is a wonderful little oekaki site where you can set up your own blog. Once you get into the community, its a ton of fun.

It's so difficult >:0 I mean there are no layers, and the line quality is baaaad. I miss my OpenCanvas ;_;

But despite all that, it's kinda' addictive >__>;;

I've never fancied layers and think the line quality is too bad. It pretty much depends on how much time you put into it.
