It looks great, I suggest making the hand look more...fluid, less blocky. Define the antlers more too. But other than that it looks fine...

That, is so sexy. And it completely changed my view of the snow witch item XD (imagine, I nearly sold it!)
Anyway, the leg and foot... looks rushed. Well, doodles usually do but I mean compared to the rest of the drawing ^^; That curve of the... calf (??? English is my second language) could have been smoother and the toes are just hinted.

Honestly, I think her position would look a little more fluid if her hands were on the thigh cloesest to us, or in between her legs, because it'll give her other arm somewhere to go. i can't see where it's going now, and assuming it's on the ground, that pose hurts. >>
The arm that s visible, however:
It seems that the lower arm is too short, and the wrist is too skinny. Now, since you're asking about the hand...
it doesn't look like it's resting/gripping her thigh. I think if it was perhaps a little more curved?
also, the leg in the back of the picture is angled a little oddly.
It's still really sexy tho.
