I'm not really good at critiquing but I'll try to point out some flaws you should work on. sweatdrop

For starters, the first thing I noticed were her left arm is 'wavy'. You might want to add some details to it and indicate that she has an elbow. Details are very important in art -like I'm to talk rolleyes -. Secondly, her scarf ( sweatdrop I'm assuming or unless its like a neckerchief seeing as how I have no knowlegde in clothing) could use some details like when it goes around her neck you could also have it bending here and there - gonk forgive my noobish language -. Her hair could use some more volume to it and sometimes its good to make it curl here and there. sweatdrop I should probably stop here but like Lyka Mai said, you should work on the anatomy. If you have time you can just look it up online or something and tak 5-10 minutes a day to study and practice drawing the human structure. Practice makes perfect :].

*shakes head* No, details - no. Skeleton on the other hand. Everything begins as shapes. Balls and tubes. Start as simple as you only can, with stickfigures that in time turn into finished drawings.
You'll have plenty of time for details later.

NO. DETAILS. YET.
Sorry, but I do believe that first should be first. Don't start at the end, you'll miss important lessons that way.

Oh, and that scarf looks really good in the edge. A bit ragged, gives a nice feeling :]
