Her eyes aren't level. The buns aren't big enough to realistically be tidied up. Her ear seems off to me. Her eyes are very close together. Her nose is very long and blockish shaped. Her bangs need a bit more volume so they don't look so flat.

But the shading is nice though the spot above her upper left side of the lips could be a tad lighter. Other then that I don't see anything else wrong.

Make the cheeks smaller, that way she looks more feminen.

She doesn't look like a female, she has a face like a male and her eyes are rather.. uneven. She has a nose that is just, doesn't look right, the ear is a tad bit too small plus the buns in her hair could be improved. 3nodding
Though, you got the style going - and the shading is well.
