Looks really cute! One thing I would change though is the blush amrks... the way you drew them makes it look a little like you have three eyes ^'^;;;

looks good! i really like the style of the eye.
now onto the critique! :]
the cheek/jaw/chin/ w.e. its called should look about the same on both sides and the way u have it now makes the chin look a bit weird [no offence]. if ur going for a more chibi look then go with the way the jaw looks on the leftt.
second thing i would like to point out is that the sholders r way to small [unless ur making a chibi then completely ignore wat im about to say XD] so basically make the shoulders come out a bit more and it should look good! :]
last thing i would like to point out is the broken heart on the left. it looks like a broken circle X3. the heart on the eye looks great but the red heart doesnt look the same. maybe if u try outlining it in black...that might help.
well i hoped a little bit!
