Hallo ouo~!
I'm going to open up an art shop soon with my friend, so I needed to draw some examples.. I'm going to work really hard on the orders I get, so I worked super hard on my example!

Really cute, nice colouring, too. Though, the legs and figures look.. a bit off, overall it's really cute.  I'd rate you a 8.5

The chest is not queit right, you should try making it higher. But other than that your picture is pretty good! Others may say the legs and head are odd, but there are many types of styles to manga and you did a pretty good job! It took me a long time to figure out how to shape the legs, and at first the heads I drew were eithe to small, crooked, or to blocky. Not to mention the fact I couldn't draw feet until today.

Palms. The fingers are not supposed to be attached directly to the arm (sorry but you said harsh and I am a natural meanie). When you're sketching, make sure you draw out the palm area of the hand and make it no shorter than the fingers. Unless you are drawing some kind of half-chibi style (realistic chibi? dunno, I've just seen it sometimes) the hand should be long enough to cover the face. Try covering your face with your hand - you'll be amazed how big hands are!
Legs look rather good IMO. Could've been a bit wider, could've had a bit more flesh on them bones - but that's probably the fat girl inside me talking rolleyes Perhaps a bit more shape on those feet?
Your colouring are great, and those wings are fantastic! Her face is really pretty. Although the picture is a bit small I think I can hint details in the hair - lovely detail thinking there.

I tried to draw palms/wrists noticably, I guess I didn't do so hot XD;;; Yess I know about the hands D; Hnnghh when I draw hands I make them small and try to make them BIGGER but it makes it look funky and I get unhappy cos I can't make the bigger yet PRETTY :CC

You at least got the coloring down. When it comes to drawing style, having some consistency in anatomy is needed, but you prove that coloring can still make a hell of a difference.

I'd rate it somewhere around a 7.5
I really like the coloring, it's amazing.
But the legs look so skinny! I'm rather obsessing over that fact. Since girl legs are usually thicker than that, unless we're talking about a stick or an anorexic person. Plus, I like thicker legs. On guys too. I wonder if that's just me... Her left arm (our right) seems rather odd where the hand joins the arm... looks like there's no wrist, although her other hand looks PERFECT! ^^
Her chubby cheek is bothering me. Or maybe, it's just the way the hair covers the cheek in such a way that it looks chubbier...

Yess I see many people are not too happy about her legs XDD I'll fix that next time I draw~ I like chubby legs too haha~
I like chubby cheeks ;u;<3 But if there is something to fix about her face, then I shall work on making my facial anatomy better XD
