I take it you mean you wish to draw in the style of Sonic, yes?
Then you would want to look at official artwork of Sonic and related characters, or artwork by people who can mimic the style. Then look under the surface of the characters to see the simpler shapes below. By that, I mean looking at each part of the characters and seeing what shape it most resembles. Head=circle; body=oval, or for some, with slight humanoid properties; legs/arms=cylinders; ears=triangles, etc.
There are likely tutorials to help show you how to draw in the Sonic style. Search for them either on Google or DeviantART. Above all, practice. It's the only way you'll make any headway.

thats looks cool maybe if you study the drawing style you'll get the hang of it

look for chibi tutorials on dev art they will help you out ^^ its not as hard as you think it is
there are a lot of useful tutorials if you just look it up. I spend a lot of my time browsing them. they're good...really good whee

I love the sonic art style. I've been wanting to be able to draw that way for a while now, but the proportions are so awkward I can't seem to do it. I always wished I could draw like this girl. (sorry about the large image by the way. It was the only example I could find.) The artist's name is Chibi-Metal by the way.
