Your artwork is a sight to cherish. I adore it. Honestly, you could be a professional artist!

Cuvie you know you do good, but that's not going to help you.

Let me critic you, as that will help you. The problem with your walking guy, it you stuck him on both toes. If he's heading straight down the bridge one leg would rest behind him and the other would be in front of him. Meaning one foot would be on the toes and the other would be on it's heel. The probably is that the foot in front is on his toes, making him look like his feet want to tip-toe but the rest of his body is relaxed and looks more as if it's in a relaxed pose of just standing or casually walking by. My only other problem with Renton is that his butt area is a little weird. Part of me thinks you wanted the jacket to go a little lower than where it is, the other part of me things you wanted to add pockets or something there and it didn't work. The main reason I say this is because of the busy way of shading I dunno, makes his a** look huge. He doesn't have a huge a**.

Now, what will make me feel bad if I got it wrong, Sick Boy's hand around the can looks weird as well. Most people noticed the feet on Renton but his hand also calls out to me. The thing that's weird about it is the hand doesn't look like it's resting on the can. The can has one direction while the hand is more straightforward. It's a simple issue of curving it around a little bit more. Easy fix, if you're not sure you got it right you can easily just look in a mirror holding a can in your hand. The other thing is about his left foot, while the right one looks like it's resting on the bridge his left one doesn't. D: It's a small thing.

The main thing that I think will help you that I don't think you're doing is making gestures of the figures before you're drawing the. There ends up being a lot of stiff shoulders and strange legs as a result. Gestures are simple because you can start off as just a skeleton and then you can build on top, then you paint on top of that. They're also handy because you can literally just doodle a whole bunch of gestures until the one part that's off fits. It's basically the reason I've become so paranoid with poses but the best way to ensure I'm getting everything right.

What might help you with the bridge is just fixing the perspective just a little. It's not heavy perspective you're dealing with, it's most likely 2 point in this picture, so you can use the can as one reference point and maybe make up one for the bridge.

The only other real piece of advice I have involves the back hills. You did a good job in removing detail and making them less detailed. I would just get rid of the smooth effect you did on them. It looks off next to all the lines you have in the rest of the piece. Especially since they have a completely different textural feel. It does sort of of help, but honestly I would just use a softer brush on the back hills if that's what you were aiming for and go for two colors slightly closer to each other in darkness/lightness and on the color wheel. The snow looks fine, but having too much of a difference in color and the areas they're in brings the hill closer when it looks like it should be pretty far back.

Other than that you did a great job. There's a few hickups in lighting here and there with the reflections and whatnot, but you did a marvelous job on the grass and really, it feels gritty. A good kind of gritty. . . Especially since this is fan art for a movie about a bunch of heroin addicts. An AWESOME MOVIE ABOUT HEROIN ADDICTS.

I am Naf
