All of your stuff is very good! I couldnt really give you a direction as far as getting better because you have such a pronounced personal style! Seriously your freehand stuff is the style that very often gets used for printing on shirts or logos. Maybe try some different mediums?

instead of doing work plainly and coloring it with regular pencils, i suggest you try some colored pencils or paints -- or even scan your pictures onto the computer and color them digitally biggrin there's a great site out there for digital painting you can get for free -->
