It's difficult to choose one for the whole series, my faves are:
From Gotei: Zaraki no Kempachi, because his pure madness and awesome smile pirate
From Vizards: Hirako Shinji, because of his clothes and clean teeth xd
From Arrancars: Ulquiorra Schiffer, because of his seriousness and tranqulity
