It could use a little work, like, how the arms connect to the torso, and on the breasts and waist, and maybe more definition on the wings... but overall, I love it.
I'd like to see how you draw eye, too.

It took me a moment to figure out what was going on, especially with the "shirt" and skirt ( or at least that's how I perceive it). I think shading or giving the clothes or skin some tone would help with the quickness of seeing the object for what it is, but if you want the audience to wonder what the whole picture is at first, then ok.

The wings and hair look wonderful! And as for the shape of the figure, it's got a different sense of style from others I've seen. (If that makes any sense sweatdrop ) I like~ ^_^
