i'm not sure of any actual websites, but eBay has some very well done cosplays for sale. The variety of characters is also pretty wide, and there's even shoes and wigs to add to the cosplay. Hope this helps

They only have a few characters outfits pre-made, but they do custom orders, and offer wigs too! <3

Pleasure don't use this site. This photos they post with their
costumes for sale aren't actually pictures of people wearing the
costumes that they've made, they're photos they've stolen off the
internet and have posted without permission of cosplayers
wearing costumes that they either made themselves or purchased
elsewhere. Any efforts people have made to get them to remove
the photos they have posted without the model's permission have
gone ignored.

I have never seen this before! I see they took pictures of you too. So wait, they post picture of people wearing what is suppose to be the characters outfit but then post their own products? I must say that is quite odd.
