Because of my endometriosis I should be a vegan...but I'm not XD Technically, I should cut out all red meat, all eggs, dairy, soy, anything not organic, and all products with gluten. I've been trying to cut out certain things, like red meat, but I can't live without dairy, and it's extremely hard to completely cut out gluten. And I would NEVER give up chocolate D': I bought an awesome cookbook called "Cooking for the Endometriosis Diet" that has some great vegan recipes. I would definitely recommend it to others, even if they don't have endo ^^
