Cosplaying England (assistance please?)

I've made a Prussia cosplay before, so the layout is similar to England's, but I didn't like the way it turned out. The pattern I used didn't look as accurate and it looked much to feminine for Prussia and probably wouldn't work for England. The pants also, were probably made for a tall woman rather than a 4'8" scrawny girl, so if someone knows of a pattern that works for England's cosplay, please let me know via post. Much appreciated!

perhaps if not a pattern, then suggestions for making a female jacket pattern more masculine?
