more than one week waitining my reward

I was waiting so ansiouslu my lvl 10 reward, which i asked a cachshop item, which is not in the shop anymore due the cleanup.
I sent the PM, i put my name on the thread, and nothing.
I am feeling desapointed becuase i'd understand that at least someone send me an PM telling me that would have some delay, or why they couldnt pay me at all.
but anyways, i was just forgotten
