confusion on Level System.

im honestly downright confused on it gonk

i get the post part but where it says something about Level 15 and all, it confuses me there gonk . I know that lvl10's that are active are granted to lvl20, but its just the rest revolving around the lvl15 getting this and that to lvl20 is just confusing confused

i have like a few more posts and i'll be at level 1 i guess ^.^;,

but ya if anyone can answer my question in the first post (profurabliy someone in the crew or higher) so i wont be puzzled when i get to level 1 confused

To be truthful.... GO AND HARASS ANDSONZ! He can give the answer or directly to the captain. He can answer too....not that I'm fond of the captain...
