Isn't D&E almost always done in cases where there's some sort of late-term complication during a wanted pregnancy to begin with? If someone has an unwanted pregnancy, waiting until they can't hide the fact that they're pregnant doesn't make any sense.
Thats is currentlt true but if what I heard is correct doctors are trying to make it legal for a woman to get done for any reason and not emegancy only.
Okay then. I have a different question.
We're talking specifically about cases where the fetus can survive outside the womb and there aren't any sort of life-threatening complications. In those cases, wouldn't it be possible to "abort" the fetus by simply removing it?
Honestly, part of my thoughts on bodily domain is that - assuming it can be determined - the minimum amount of force necessary should be used to remove the infringer. In the vast majority of cases, I don't have a problem with abortion since killing the fetus is the
only way to remove it. However, if the fetus can survive being removed, then it should just be removed alive.
