Marinated melon balls

a family favorite at dinner events....not to say that were all alcoholics or anything.....it just tastes really good sweatdrop

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1/4 cup Orange liquor
1 tablespoon Chopped Mint
12 Watermelon Balls
12 Cantaloupe Balls
12 Honeydew Balls

Directions:
1) of course the first thing is to ball the melons. to do this either use a melon baller (really that's what its called...simple eh? ) or use a spoon and scoop the insides of the melons into small balls. easy peasy.

2) Mix the Liquids together and Marinate the Melon balls for 30-60 minutes in Refrigerator.

3) Skewer 3 Balls (one of each kind of melon) and let come to room temperature. and Serve.

OR

4) make many balls of each kind of melon and serve like a salad, so in a bowl. the Skewer thing is just to be fancy xd

It's really good with watermelon if you use chocolate liqueur too
or regular melon or apple liqueurs
