I watched it yesterday on imax and I was really disappointed and i'm a fan of Tim burton sad

The story was completely lacking. It was just visually stunning.

The story was only lacking if you either didn't read or didn't understand the original stories. And it's Wonderland! It's not necessarily supposed to have a story that makes sense.

I've read Alice in Wonderland neutral
I found the movie didn't capture any of the essence. And Mia made Alice rather dull.

no its Underland according to Tim Burton. But yea i got it as a children Alice believed everything was beautiful and now that she is older and went back she sees the ugly; loss of innocence.
